We will be meeting at the Hillcrest on Main St Bothell 98011 about 15 min before hand.
You may park in the lot across from city hall at the corner of 101st and 185th.

Saturday December 1st North Shore Rotary 8:30 am-10 am Bob's Green Small Group
You'll want to show up 15 minutes early.
No candy canes are needed
This event is at Northshore Junior High just off 405 on the 160th street exit: 12101 ne 160th st bothell Wa 98011
This event is wonderful breakfast, face painting, balloon animals and a toy. They also get to sit on Santa’s lap and get a picture with Santa. Also for any child who is in need of a warm coat or Woodinville Rotary Club will be there to provide them with a new coat.
It is done in 2 shifts and approximately 1500 people attend
they start in the cafeteria where they are served breakfast and we have a Rotarian singing Karaoke with Christmas carols. Then they wander across the veranda into the gym starting at about 8:30. The gym is where the first get their pictures with Santa, while waiting in line we hope to have some entertainment to keep them occupied.(this is Canyon Hills Carolers) While waiting for their pictures to be printed, they can go to the other side of the gym to get a new coat, if they need one, then to the Toy section to pick up a new toy, get their face painted and a balloon animal. They finally stop and pick up their pictures and are met at the exit door with a candy cane.
Saturday December 1st Mill Creek Town Center 3:30-5:30 Scott's Purple Small Group
We’ll need approximately 200-300 candy canes-the bags are marked in the choir room
We do not have a hostess to hand out candy canes-if you have a spouse who would like to-bring them along
We may want to carpool so that it will be easier to find parking at Mill Creek and at Country Village
we can carol exactly like we did last year. Stay away from any area that already has a band or karaoke etc going on, so there is not a competition between us and them. :)
we usually stroll/carol thru the town center, and stop at various locations and carol for 15-20 minutes in each location.

Saturday December 1st Country Village 6:30-7:30 or thereabouts-Big Blue Group-Everybody
We will want to carpool as this event is very crowded. Show up at least 15 minutes early
We will be singing on the stage in the very center of country village, near the cabooses, the pond and the chickens.
The event will already be going on when you get there, so it will be very obvious where to go.
Usually the Inglemoor High School Choir sings right before us on the same stage
You'll need 400-600 candy canes-I have bags marked in the choir room
We have 1 couple hostessing for this event. Dennis and Janine
If anyone has a spouse who would like to come along and help out hostessing-it would be great!
You wil be caroling on stage by yourselves, then an announcement will be made for Santa's arrival,
Santa will then be at the base of the stage greeting children and handing out tiny candycanes.
You continue to carol while Santa is there. til 7:30 or later depending on your leader.
Country Village informed me of the following:We are in the process of changing the Santa's flight pattern: he will be descending from the Courtyard Hall Building and landing in front of the Toys That Teach area, away from the pond. This will open up the viewing area so more people can see his flight.
